After receiving an associate degree in business in 1983, he decided to spearhead his own construction company, aptly titled Eliacostas Painting & Drywall, Inc., in 1985. Initially working with drywall, the company has now expanded its services and primarily offers high-performance floor coatings and decorative floor coatings for commercial and residential clients. In light of the success of his business, he can now allocate team members and resources to clients who live out of state. Maintaining affiliation with the Painting Decorators and Contractors of America, Mr. Eliacostas attributes his success to his abilities to recognize customer needs and read the market, in which he can recognize pitfalls and adjust his business plans accordingly. Living by the motto, “Don’t leave without leaving a mark behind,” he is also distinguished for the prompt and efficient manner in which he and his company conduct business. Looking toward the future, Mr. Eliacostas intends to expand into different types of work and allow his son to assume more roles within the company. Joining the real estate market in 2009, Barbara Lang exhibited an innate talent for the industry, closing eight transactions and nearly $4 million in sales during her first year. Since that time, she has served as a realtor for Coldwell Banker Realty in Westfield, New Jersey, displaying her keen eye for design and applying it to her sales technique. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Ms. Lang holds an AA from Pierce College, BA from Finch College and completed graduate coursework at the New York Institute of Finance. With a background in investment management, she is a former vice president of Fischer, Francis, Trees & Watts and was marketing director of a managed futures investment firm in Florham Park. Leveraging her experiences, she has become familiarized with real estate finance. Ms. Lang has been a consistent recipient of industry Circle of Excellence Sales Awards between 2013 and 2019 and was named a Five-Star Real Estate Agent by New Jersey Monthly between 2015 and 2020.
