He is now the general manager of Antfam Hospitality LLC in New York, where he focuses on building a distinctive brand while delivering unique customer experiences. Mr. Wick is also the founder and chief executive officer of JW Hospitality Management Consultancy Ltd., a business he established in Myanmar in 2017 to share his expertise with other hospitality companies. Since 1989, he has held various managerial positions in establishments in Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Australia. In addition, Mr. Wick has earned several professional credentials. He completed certifications in strategic marketing and hospitality strategy from the Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 2002. One year later, he earned certifications in strategic marketing and food and beverage cost and control from the Professional Development Programme at Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.
