Since 2014, Ms. Chin has served as the founding attorney at Northwest Family Law, where she handles her own caseload, meets with clients, manages other attorneys and staff, and participates in networking initiatives. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chin served as an attorney at Main Street Law Group and Integrative Family Law and as an associate attorney at Alpine Family Law (formerly known as O’Brian and Associates), dating back to 2010. Among her many career achievements, she is particularly proud of the positive impact she has had on her clients’ lives, especially those escaping domestic violence situations. To this end, Ms. Chin is grateful to have guided several clients to safety and provided them with the financial security needed to start anew. In addition to her work with Northwest Family Law, Ms. Chin has served as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) since 2010 and as a past president of the King County Bar Association. Garnering numerous accolades since the inception of her career, she was nominated for Mentor of the Year by the King County Bar Association in 2024 and achieved gold status by Best in the Northwest in 2025. She has also been named to Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. Ms. Chin holds a BA in business law from Washington State University and a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law. Looking ahead, she intends to expand her firm and develop a mentoring program for young attorneys graduating from law school.
