He is grateful for the support and encouragement of his parents and his wife, who consistently motivate him to strive for more and grow as a spouse and parent. Looking back on his career, he considers the discipline that he cultivated as a professional athlete to be core to his work and personal life, and he looks forward to continuing to climb the professional ladder at Terumo Medical Corporation. Within the next decade, he hopes to hold a corporate leadership role in the medical device industry. Mr. Chenworth is the father of two young children and considers his family to be his greatest accomplishment and first priority. In his personal time, he is active in his community as a motivational speaker, volunteer and supporter of local programs that benefit parents of children who have received NICU care. Before establishing himself as a seasoned sales professional, Mr. Chenworth played professional baseball for the Joliet Slammers, Las Vegas Train Robbers and Sonoma Stopper for three seasons. A lifelong athlete, he was inspired to pursue a career in baseball by his father’s history with the sport and became a varsity athlete of note at Calvert Hall College High School. Mr. Chenworth attended Lubbock Christian University, where he continued to play while earning a BBA in sales and marketing, which he considered a core part of his long-term career strategy. Aware of the long odds of a successful professional sports career, Mr. Chenworth dedicated himself to developing business management and salesmanship skills as he continued to hone his athletic abilities. When his minor-league career drew to a close in 2013, he found the transition to sales straightforward and rewarding, drawing on the support of the many sales professionals in his extended family.
