As one of the most experienced team members, she ensured the successful testing and delivery of high-quality products to customers. Before joining Sony, Ms. Sharma served as an integration engineer for Qualcomm, contributing to the seamless operation of various projects. Other previous positions include senior SQA engineer at Networks in Motion and SQA engineer at Symantec Corp. In these roles, she was pivotal to quality assurance processes. Ms. Sharma’s career advancements are the result of diligence and dedication. Her career is proof that there is no shortcut to hard work, and she encourages others to have confidence in their abilities. She is especially dedicated to mentoring women entering the software engineering field, urging them to move forward with courage.
