Hillsborough, CA With more than 25 years of experience, Rosh Sreedharan is a recognized expert in industrial automation, digital systems and AI technologies. Since 2023, he has served as principal digital portfolio leader at Rockwell Automation in Texas, where he drives digital transformation across the intelligent devices segment and has been instrumental in developing major product platforms, most recently PointMax I/O. Mr. Sreedharan first joined Rockwell Automation in Singapore as a commercial engineer before transitioning to product manager, subsequently advancing to senior product manager and principal platform lead. He launched his career in 2000 with GE Automation and Controls (now part of Emerson Electric Company) in Bengaluru, India, progressing from project engineer to project leader, solutions architect and professional services manager. Mr. Sreedharan earned a BEng in instrumentation and electronics from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering and is currently pursuing a master's degree in artificial intelligence at Pennsylvania State University. He has also completed postgraduate studies in AI and machine learning at The University of Texas at Austin. Since joining Gilead Sciences Inc. in 2011 as a research intern, Dr. Elham Nejati has made tremendous strides in pharmaceutical formulation and drug delivery protocols. Serving as the senior director of formulation and process development since 2025, she guides chemistry, manufacturing and control efforts from clinical phases to commercialization and interacts with regulatory agencies to secure drug approvals. Prior roles at Gilead Sciences include serving as the director, senior research scientist, and research scientist in formulation and process development. In each progressively responsible role, Dr. Nejati collaborated with interdisciplinary teams on formulation strategies. Dr. Nejati holds a BS in materials science and engineering from the Sharif University of Technology, an MS in biomedical engineering from the Amirkabir University of Technology-Tehran Polytechnic, and an MS in biomedical-medical engineering from the University of WisconsinMadison. In 2012, she was awarded a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Nejati also holds three patents on long-acting injectables and two on oral solid dosage forms. Since 2025, she has also held a seat on the board of directors for the Enabling Technologies Consortium. Looking ahead, she aims to establish a drug delivery consulting firm.
