He prepared United Launch Alliance to achieve the new ISO 27001 certification and laid the foundation for the company to meet CMMC 2.0, a Department of Defense requirement. At Ball Aerospace (now BAE Systems), he oversaw the security of the WorldView-3 satellite throughout its lifecycle. The accomplishment marked the first time connections were established with the government launch network at Vandenberg Space Launch Complex. Mr. Gifford began practicing cybersecurity long before it became a recognized discipline. His technical expertise is strengthened by his ability to translate technical intricacies into strategic insights. Xavier Le Gros is a noted expert in automation and production solutions, with nearly three decades of experience. Since 2025, he has served as the general manager of Automation & Modular Components LLC, following the company’s acquisition by FlexLink System Inc. Under Mr. Le Gros’ leadership, the company has provided conveying and automation solutions to various industries, including automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage. His leadership style has been characterized by operational excellence, with a focus on customer satisfaction and organizational growth. Earlier, Mr. Le Gros played a crucial role in integrating Automation & Modular Components into the FlexLink portfolio as a FlexLink AMC business liaison. His work with FlexLink began in France in 2000, serving as an application engineer, project engineer and information technology coordinator.
