Since 2025, she has served as the executive director of the Tennessee Central Economic Authority in Hartsville, Tennessee, where she collaborates with community members, county officials, and representatives and senators to achieve a unified goal of supporting local communities, creating more jobs, and equipping them with the resources needed to succeed. Finding great fulfillment in these collaborative efforts, Ms. Singer Cash considers her tenure among her most distinguished accomplishments. Concurrently, Ms. Singer Cash has served as a realtor with Agee & Johnson in Lebanon, Tennessee, since 2019, working alongside other real estate professionals to foster economic opportunities in her community. She is also recognized as chair of legislative affairs for the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. Her career has been marked by a strategic focus on sustainability, ensuring that the communities she serves undergo significant, organic growth. She attributes much of her present success to her dedication to her work and her keen ability to set clear goals and adapt to her surroundings. Earlier in her career, Ms. Singer Cash served as the chief storyteller at Team HSC in Lebanon, Tennessee, from 2008 to 2025, where she promoted various community projects. Likewise, from 2015 to 2017, she served as the executive director of sales, marketing and planning at ZENZII in Atlanta, Georgia, directing initiatives that enhanced the company’s brand visibility and expanded its market reach. Simultaneously, she served as the economic development director for the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, in 2015. Leveraging her expertise in entrepreneurship, Ms. Singer Cash also owned The Crystal Couture Store from 2008 to 2015. Ms. Singer Cash’s earlier vocational experience included roles as a market coordinator at L'Oréal Groupe from 2006 to 2009, a national sales manager at Fragrance Concepts International
