Since 2017, he has served as a project estimator at LB Electric Co. LLC, where he oversees the estimating department and collaborates effectively with project managers. Well- regarded for his work in infrastructure, high-voltage substations, airports, tunnels and bridges, he has successfully secured several public open-bid projects for major clients, including PANYNJ, MTA and PSE&G. Highly educated, Mr. Baskaran holds a BS in electrical and electronics engineering from Anna University in India and an MS in computer engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. To supplement his education, he also holds certifications in construction law and construction finance. Stella Abdoulin, an award-winning interior designer, currently serves as the president of SA Dezign Studio Inc. Establishing her studio in 2013, she boasts 35 years of experience in design and has been celebrated for her hands-on approach to project management and dedication to client collaboration. Her intrinsic understanding of design and expertise in creating functional, aesthetically compelling spaces have earned her significant acclaim and recognition, including the prestigious Gold Key Award and the IIDA Award for her innovative designs. She focuses primarily on global hospitality projects, such as hotels, restaurants, spas and senior housing facilities. Earlier, Ms. Abdoulin served as a senior designer and project manager at Barry Design Associates from 1998 to 2013. Highly educated, she also holds a BS in interior design from Woodbury University, a certificate in executive education from Harvard University, and a LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. With a keen eye for detail, Ms. Abdoulin attends to every element of the design process to create harmonious, cohesive environments.
