Ms. Marsh credits her ongoing involvement and success in the arts to her understanding of performance preparation, her ability to implement innovative ideas, and her genuine desire to positively impact others and make a difference. Her ongoing international masterclasses, showcases and television projects particularly echo her professional love and keep her connected with both young singers and her global audience, cementing her importance in the world of performing and the vocal arts. began presenting courses, lectures and masterclasses for the Metropolitan Opera Guild – where she has served as artistic advisor and program consultant – and international venues and communities worldwide. She focuses on the styles of Bel Canto, Verdi, Puccini, Wagner, Mozart, Strauss, Russian, Contemporary, and multi-lingual Art Song recital repertoire, as well as the performance pedagogy of both mediums. Ms. Marsh has been a lecturer and course instructor at San Francisco State University, Marymount College and John Jay College. She has also been an adjunct professor at Hunter College in New York. Her deep dedication to the art of performance reflects her talent for cultivating passion among performers and audiences alike. Bolstered by her extensive experience in opera, concert, recital and festivals worldwide, Ms. Marsh believes performers need to learn to connect with and trust their own individual talents and personal power. It is essential for performers to recognize the creative power they possess to connect, move and inspire others. Understanding that audiences seek performances that resonate with their own experiences gives performers the opportunity to increase public engagement and change lives, including their own.
