CLEMENTS With over 35 years of professional experience, Jennie R. Clements is widely recognized for her expertise in risk management and insurance solutions, primarily in the energy sector. Serving clients in renewable energy and oil and gas, she has been the senior vice president of Marsh LLC since 1990. In her role, Ms. Clements advises clients on risk mitigation strategies and insurance placement, ensuring that businesses in high-stakes environments are protected. She has concurrently served as support personnel in the company’s commercial brokerage division. Highly educated, Ms. Clements earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1999, which she considers her most significant career milestone. After accruing years of experience in her profession, she also earned an advanced accounting credential and an associate degree in risk management in 2013. In accounting for her success, she credits the strong support and guidance of her mentors, whose encouragement has inspired her to counsel and educate emerging leaders in the insurance industry. Outside of her profession, Ms. Clements volunteers at her local church. In the coming years, she endeavors to continue mentoring upand-coming professionals in the ever-evolving insurance sector. As an entrepreneur, Michelle Coyle learned firsthand how challenging it is to market a business. Her graphic design firm, Beechtree Design, had been providing creative services to the wedding and events industry since 2010. However, like many business owners, the COVID-19 pandemic forced her to pivot. In 2022, Ms. Coyle launched Beechtree Marketing to provide foundational digital marketing services to businesses. Many of her clients are too busy to manage their own marketing, and she strives to be a true partner. She believes the best marketing begins with empathy, authenticity and clear communication, values she applies to every client relationship. Throughout her two decades of experience, Ms. Coyle has received numerous awards. One of her proudest achievements was receiving the Social Media Award from the Builders League of South Jersey in 2024, acknowledging both the client’s social media reach and the branding efforts she values deeply. Looking ahead, Ms. Coyle intends to continue growing her company, building a team that shares her dedication to helping other business owners.
