As a senior partner manager at Adobe, she leads an ecosystem of more than 400 strategic partnerships that help shape the workflows used by creators, studios and production teams worldwide. Since joining Adobe in 2022, she has driven the expansion of the partner ecosystem for Adobe’s Creative Cloud video and audio applications, driving product adoption and go-to market strategy across the company’s professional creative tools. Although her career is centered on technology, Ms. Tan’s passion has always been storytelling. Born in Singapore and raised in Malaysia, she grew up in a family that valued achievement and encouraged her to think ambitiously. That decision became a defining moment in Ms. Tan’s life. Living in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the United States broadened her worldview and cultivated a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. Having traveled extensively across more than 45 countries and lived in eight American cities, she has developed an ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in six languages, she credits this global perspective with helping her build meaningful relationships and identify opportunities where others may see barriers. Ms. Tan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Asbury University before completing a Master of Arts in new media photojournalism at George Washington University. While still early in her career, she photographed both the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, gaining firsthand experience covering events of global significance and witnessing the complexities of international broadcasting.
