Having joined the company in 2000, she has served as the associate director of financial systems since 2023, managing a team responsible for overseeing financial management and reporting systems and ensuring the accurate allocation of expenses across approximately 300 business units. In 2025, she was honored with the Ownership Award for her leadership prowess. Throughout her career at AT&T, Ms. Martinez developed a comprehensive reporting system to track contractors and consulting expenses, enabling each unit to access and review monthly expenditures.
